The use of starfish software enables us to control the fabric in terms of the required width, shrinkage, feel etc...

Colors are the constant factor in the changing fashion. All of our fabric has been done by soft flow dyeing machines and keep the fastness as international standard.

The presence of two sets of heat setting machines is feather on the cap of our unit as it helps to set the elasthane blended fabrics to a quality requirments.
This department enables us to handle a large volume of elasthane blended garments manufacturing. |

Compacting is a mandatory quality process with us. The shrinkage and spirality levels are maintained well within permissible limits as required by our customers. Use of software analyzer Starfish at the knitting stage itself indicates probable shrinkage and use of state-of-the-art compacting process makes double sure that shrinkage is controlled perfectly. The planning at the earliest stage of manufacturing coupled with our compacting process is one of our quality control highlights.
We have both shoe type and felt type compact machines and is used based on nature of fabric.

Our printing department is spread over an area of 7200 sq.ft and is equipped with the following machines.
a) Automatic chest printing machine ( up to 8 colors ) both pvc and non-pvc.
b) Semi automatic chest printing machine (up to 12 colors ).
c) Transparent sticker making machine both pvc and non-pvc.

We have the facility to print 15000 pcs per day and printing in plastisol , non-pvc. , pigments can be handled. For rotary printing requirements we have regular tie-up arrangements with three leading printers in our area.

Our cutting room consists the following
1) Bierrebi dye cutt machine which ensures uniformity of the cut garments,
The capacity of the machine is 15000pcs per day.
2) lay tables with straight knife machine.
3) Mannual cutting tables mainly for yarn dye stripes.

The stitching department is equipped with a range of imported and indigenous machinery to make any contemporary style garment with perfection. Proper machine ratio and excellent skill set give impeccable shape to the garment. Experienced and well trained pattern masters, supervisors and tailors are supplemented by latest machines.
The line system , quality measures and the department supervision ensures the quality garments output as per the buyers specifications

100% inspection of garments prodused are done here and to facilitate
the same we have latest oil strain removing machine and needle detector machine.we posses 18 ironing tables and two hi-tech packing tables to pack the garments as per buyers specifications. |
